My Diet
High Carb in the a.m, just some slighter snacks during the day and an enjoyable high fat dinner at night! This grows me to around 2800 kcal, 160g of protein, 52g of Fats and 370g of Carbs!
You won't have to count calories if you consume whole foods rich in fibre and protein. Instead, you'll be able to listen to your body and stay in great shape! That is what works for me, but we are all unique and must develop our own eating habits. I hope this serves as motivation for you to eat healthy and live a healthier lifestyle!
